•  I have an unusual work schedule but I am able to fit in a morning Pilates class, a Step/Muscle class on Saturday and a week night Zumbaerobic workout.  A bit of everything and I love it!  CJS

•  The hardest thing you'll do is to put on your sneakers to come to class.  Once you're there it's almost like being entranced; you'll be engrossed in the movements, music, etc; it'll be a "good feeling" sensation, and you'll leave class fully satisfied with yourself and thanking yourself for doing this. SDF

•  I have to write you this note to tell you how lucky we are to have "Winchester Aerobics".  I have a short-term membership to XXX Club (where I can go to any of their clubs, anywhere).  I have gone to [a number of classes] but no class compares to the work out and fun we experience in our Winchester program. Thank you Gail and Judy.

•  Thanks for a great season of aerobics, zumbaerobics and walking! Your enthusiasm, encouraging words and dedication (along with your upbeat music choices) have helped me to remember that exercise can be lots of fun!  WK

•  Just when I think I don’t want to do another lunge, I am encouraged by Judy and I can do it.  Challenge, without competition, is perfect.  PP

On a more genteel note: 

•  Getting back in shape was the only New Year's Resolution I have ever kept (over 10 years ago!).  Winchester Aerobics workouts are the right balance of fun and challenge.  Thanks Gail and Judy.  JPS
